Your providers practice medicine. We run everything else.
Longleaf Management Consulting builds and operates the business behind online telehealth brands: the technology, the people, the pharmacy coordination and the administration. Physicians log in to one portal, complete the encounter, and log out.

Six services, one operating partner
Direct-to-patient brands in sexual health and wellness
Our model is designed around high-volume, protocol-driven care delivered online: men's and women's sexual health, hormone and vitality programs, hair, skin and weight care. A patient finds the brand, a licensed provider reviews their case, and, if treatment is prescribed, the medication arrives at their door. We make every step between those moments work.
The full operating stack behind a telehealth practice
Engage us for one function or all six. Most clients start with the platform and pharmacy coordination, then hand over staffing and administration as they grow.
Longleaf is a management services organization. We do not practice medicine. All diagnosis, treatment and prescribing decisions are made solely by independently licensed providers.
One patient, start to finish
Here is what happens when a patient visits a brand we support. The provider appears at one step. Longleaf handles the rest.
Intake
The patient completes a medical questionnaire, verifies identity and pays on the brand's site, which runs on our platform.
Queue
The case is routed to a provider licensed in the patient's state, with history, photos and labs already organized.
Encounter
The provider logs in, reviews the chart, communicates with the patient in writing or by video as the patient's state requires, and decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Prescription
If the provider prescribes treatment, the prescription goes electronically to a licensed partner pharmacy for filling.
Delivery
The pharmacy ships in discreet packaging. We track the order and keep the patient updated.
Support
Our team answers questions, coordinates counseling and education, and sends clinical concerns back to the provider.
Refills
Refills are dispensed only as the provider authorized. Renewals and follow-up check-ins go back to the provider for review.
Reporting
Owners see visit volume, fulfillment times and revenue. Records stay organized for audits.
What providers tell us they want
Fewer logins, no paperwork, and a steady queue of well-prepared cases. That is the job we take on. Providers are paid for clinical time, and the administrative work stays with us.
Operations people for a clinical business
Longleaf Management Consulting, Inc. is based in Daphne, Alabama. We work with founders and physician groups who want to deliver care online without building an operations company from scratch.
Telemedicine looks simple from the patient's side. Behind the screen it takes software, multistate licensing, pharmacy relationships, payment processing, customer service, hiring and a steady stream of regulatory work. We bring those pieces together under one agreement so our clients can focus on their brand and their providers can focus on patients.
The longleaf pine grows slowly, roots deep and stands up to fire. We like that as a way to build a business.
How we work
Clinical independence
Providers make every medical decision. Our systems support their judgment and never override it.
Privacy by default
Patient information is handled under HIPAA-aligned policies, with access limited to the people who need it.
One point of contact
Each client has a dedicated lead at Longleaf who owns the relationship and answers the phone.
